Welcome to Well and Good Sports. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with us. By using our website and placing an order you agree to follow these rules.

Order Process and Approval Once you approve the final mockup and send us your sizing details your order moves to production. We cannot accept any changes to the design sizing or quantities after production begins. Please double check all details on your final invoice before you confirm.

Payments We require payment before we start manufacturing your custom apparel. We accept Credit Cards Debit Cards Bank Wire Transfers Money Gram and Western Union. All payments must be cleared before we ship your final bulk order.

Shipping and Delivery We ship custom sportswear and apparel worldwide. We will give you an estimated delivery date when you place your order. Please note that shipping times can change due to customs delays or weather issues. We are not responsible for any import taxes or duties charged by your country.

Returns and Exchanges Because we manufacture custom made items we do not offer returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size or provide incorrect design details. If there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part please contact us within seven days of receiving your order and we will fix the issue.

Custom Sample Policy We offer fully refundable custom samples. If you pay for a sample and then place a full bulk order we will apply the cost of that sample to your final invoice.
